Sharing Externally to non Tranby people
In this example we will look at sharing video content.
1. Locate what you need to share and select Share from the item menu (three dots)
2. Click the cog next to Copy Link and you should see the following options
3. Make sure Anyone is selected & click Apply
4. Enter the recipient email address and add a message if need be
5. The below confirmation message will be displayed
6. The recipient will get this message to the email address used
7. The recipient will need to confirm per this message
8. The recipient will be sent a link
9. Once the authentication process is complete, the recipient will be able to view the content sent.
