🧾 How to Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting Without Installing the App

You do not need to install Microsoft Teams or have a Microsoft account to join a meeting. Just follow these simple steps:

✅ Steps to Join the Meeting

  1. Click the Meeting Link

  2. Choose “Continue on this browser”

    • When the page opens, click the option:
      “Continue on this browser”

    • If you don’t see this option, try using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

  3. Allow Camera and Microphone Access

    • If prompted, click “Allow” so Teams can use your camera and microphone.

  4. Enter Your Name

    • Type your name when asked.

    • Click “Join now”.

  5. Wait to Be Let In

    • You may see a message like:
      “Someone in the meeting should let you in soon.”

    • Please wait while the meeting host admits you.
