You do not need to install Microsoft Teams or have a Microsoft account to join a meeting. Just follow these simple steps:
Click the Meeting Link
Open the email or calendar invite and click the meeting link (it starts with https://teams.microsoft.com/...).
Choose “Continue on this browser”
When the page opens, click the option:
“Continue on this browser”
If you don’t see this option, try using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Allow Camera and Microphone Access
If prompted, click “Allow” so Teams can use your camera and microphone.
Enter Your Name
Type your name when asked.
Click “Join now”.
Wait to Be Let In
You may see a message like:
“Someone in the meeting should let you in soon.”
Please wait while the meeting host admits you.
Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best experience.
Use headphones to reduce echo.
Mute your microphone unless you're speaking.
