During a Meeting:
Start Transcription:
- Click the "More actions" (three dots) in the meeting controls.
- Select "Start transcription".
Everyone in the meeting will be notified that transcription has started.
View the Transcript: The transcript will appear on the right side of your screen.
Transcript Features:
Speaker's name.
Time stamp.
You can change the transcript language, hide/show live transcription, stop/restart, download, share with mobile participants, or delete the transcript.
Before a Meeting (Scheduling):
Enable Automatic Recording and Transcription:
- Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the Calendar tab.
- Schedule a meeting and fill out the necessary information.
- On the right side of the unsaved meeting details, toggle on "Record and transcribe automatically".
